SHS hosted the annual Senior Oratorical Contest this week.  14 phenomenal speeches.  Please check out the entire contest here.



The SHS Literary magazine is in need of submissions. Poems, stories, songs, articles, photography, drawings, etc. are welcome!

The SHS World Language Department recently hosted International Night.  It was a great celebration of culture, dancing, music and food.  Check out the pictures in the Valley Breeze this week.



Colleen Manuppelli and Horace Mann continue to be great supporters of Smithfield Schools! They held their annual NOOK Read to Succeed Program. Our winners from SHS were Joshua Young, Taylor Leveille, Molly Richard and Adryana Doran. Congratulations!



SHS freshmen had the opportunity to hear from Diane and Bob Caine this week.  The Caine's are part of the John Maxwell Leadership Team.  Students heard about the "Kind Connection" which is part of the YouthMax Program.  Thank you Mr. & Mrs. Caine for supporting our students!
